Roomster - Refund for membership
I got charged $ 29.99 on my card. I didn't request that service. I did paid $11.99 already for the service , and couldn't get a room. Please refund me my money and cancel my subscription. I can't afford it . Don't need your services at the moment. Could you get me a full refund asap.

I want to cancel and a refund

I never really used Roomster because there was no available room at the location near my nephews job. I didnt realized I was being charged monthly for the subscription not being used! I want my 3 months refund of 29.99 each month x3 months and cancel my subscription!

I got my money return after an unauthorized charge.

They charged me for a monthly fee without me ever got subscribed. I report the issue thru your services and got my money-back on a moderate time frame. Helpfully they'll get my experience on consideration and addres s the issue. I didn't found a room or a roommate match and did paid them $11.99 for a 10 days trial.

Money still being taken out of my account

Google roomster keeps taking money out of my account every two weeks. And I don't even have a roomster account. Everytime I try to resolve the issue it wants me to log into an account. That I don't and will never have.
